B O L M U T — Untuk Mengantisipasi serangan hama dilahan pertanian, Bintara Pembina Desa atau Babinsa Koramil 1303-15/Bintauna Serma Muslimin melaksanakan pendampingan kepada petani di wilayah binaannya, Rabu (22/06/2022).

Kegiatan ini berlangsung dilahan seluas satu hektar milik Jabar Mokodompit di Desa Busisingo Kecamatan Sangkub Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara.

Peran serta Babinsa dalam melakukan pengawalan dan pendampingan kepada para petani di wilayah binaan diharapkan dapat mendorong para petani untuk lebih giat dan semangat bekerja.

Sehingga mampu menghasilkan panen yang berlimpah guna menjaga Ketahanan Pangan Nasional khususnya di wilayah binaan Koramil 1303-15/Bintauna.

Serma Muslimin menuturkan, Penyemprotan yang kami lakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengantisipasi adanya serangan hama atau penyakit pada tanaman padi.

“Dengan harapan padi terhindar dari serangan hama sehingga dapat tumbuh dengan maksimal dan memperoleh hasil panen yang melimpah,” ujar Babinsa.

Menurutnya, keberhasilan dalam pertanian akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat. Dengan begitu masyarakat akan terpenuhi persediaan stok bahan pangan.

“Selain itu, pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut guna mewujudkan peningkatan produksi serta kualitas padi serta untuk mendukung program Pemerintah, khususnya terkait dengan Ketahanan Pangan,” tutur Babinsa.
