B O L M O N G — Penyemprotan tanaman padi merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mengantisipasi serangan hama, seperti yang dilakukan oleh Koptu Dwi Purwanto Babinsa Koramil 1303-09/Bolaang yang melakukan pendampingan kepada petani yang sedang menyemprot hama pada tanaman padi miliknya di Desa Langagon Dua Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, Rabu (02/03/2022).

Koptu Dwi Purwanto menjelaskan penyemprotan dilahan seluas 0,5 hektar ini dilakukan untuk membasmi hama ulat dan wereng yang biasa menyerang tanaman padi apabila memasuki musim panen.

“Hari ini saya ikut membantu melakukan penyemprotan agar tidak menimbulkan kerusakan yang berarti, kita juga berpesan untuk terus melakukan perawatan dan menjaga tanaman padinya hingga panen tiba,” ujar Babinsa.

Sementara itu, Deki Sasikome (48) pemilik lahan mengatakan, kehadiran Babinsa sangat membantu kami, selain memberi bimbingan dan motivasi. Babinsa juga tak segan terjun langsung membantu kami dalam merawat tanaman padi kami.

“Semoga tanaman padi kali ini mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan sesuai dengan yang kita harapkan bersama,” tuturnya.
