BERITABMR.COM || Manado — Asisten Sumber Daya Manusia (As SDM Kapolri) Irjen. Pol. Dedi Prasetyo menyatakan dua dari tiga peserta difabel lolos dalam rekrutmen Sekolah Inspektur Polisi Sumber Sarjana (SIPSS) Polri.
Dua peserta itu dinyatakan lolos hingga tahap akhir. Dab kedua difabel peserta rekrutmen SIPSS Polri, tersebut berlatar pendidikan sarjana kedokteran dan sarjana pendidikan yang memiliki kompetensi di bidang teknologi dan informasi.
“Dari tiga peserta yang tes pusat ini, sampai saat ini masih lanjut dua orang,” ujar As SDM di Akademi Kepolisian (Akpol), Semarang, Jawa Tengah (Jateng), Minggu (25/2/24).
Dikatakan As SDM Polri, kedua peserta difabel tersebut memperoleh hasil tes yang baik hingga masuk tahap akhir.
Lanjut As SDM Polri, mengatakan, satu difabel akan bertugas sebagai dokter. Kemudian, satu lainnya sebagai operator di bidang IT.
“Pekerjaannya lebih banyak ke staf, staffing, maupun kelompok-kelompok operator,” ungkap As SDM.
Selanjutnya, calon siswa yang dinyatakan lolos seleksi, termasuk difabel, akan memulai pendidikan pada 5 Maret 2024. Dalam tahap ini, siswa difabel dan reguler diperlakukan setara.
Diketahui, Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Drs. Listyo Sigit Prabowo membuat kebijakan inklusif dengan membuka rekrutmen SIPSS untuk kalangan difabel. Proses seleksi masuk dan kegiatan pendidikan para difabel dengan siswa reguler dilakukan bersamaan.
Polri juga akan membuka kesempatan bagi kalangan difabel untuk mengikut seleksi pendidikan pembentukan Bintara mulai tahun ini. SSDM Polri menggencarkan sosialisasi pengumuman pembukaan rekrutmen Bintara ke kelompok-kelompok disabilitas.
